Edmée DAENEN nació en 1985. 
La carrera de Edmée  como cantante comenzó en 2001 cuando tenía sólo 15 años de edad.Empezó como cantante de estudio y fue la voz detrás de discos como Alone y Uninvited. Debido a su corta edad no era capaz de realizar en el escenario, pero todo cambió cuando Edmée 18 años. En 2003 se unió a DHT en el escenario. Desde entonces su voz en vivo han sido un factor de gran éxito de sus actuaciones.

En 2005 el nombre del grupo cambió a DHT featuring Edmée y fue durante ese verano que encabezó las listas con su nueva versión brillante de "Listen to your heart". La voz Edmée le dio otra dimensión a la canción con su "Unplugged vocal edit".
DHT con Edmée álbum siguió poco después y se entregan dos singles más, "Someone" y "I go crazy".
Hoy DHT con Edmée está listo para dominar el mundo una vez más con su nuevo single.
